An MOU between Mellat Investment Bank and Petrofarhang Holding
Mellat Investment Bank signed another MOU with Petrofarhang Company, according to which the projects of 14 subsidiary companies of Petrofarhang Holding shall be financed through the banking network and the capital market.

As Reported by the public relations of Mellat Investment Bank, this company managed to conclude an MOU with Petrofarhang Holding on the sidelines of an exhibition titled "Empowerment and Support of Companies Based in Assaluyeh for Meeting General and Specialized Needs of Petrochemical Companies in this Region", held in Assaluyeh from November 15 to 17, 2021. According to this MOU, which was signed by Seyed Ruhollah Hosseini Moghaddam, the Managing Director of Mellat Investment Bank, and Marzieh Shahdaei, the Managing Director of Petrofarhang Holding, subsidiary companies of Petrofarhang Holding shall be financed through the banking network and the capital market.

In this raged, Seyed Ruhollah Hosseini Moghaddam, the Managing Director of Mellat Investment Bank, stated, “The subject of this MOU is the cooperation between the parties and the financial consulting services of Mellat Investment Bank.” He added, “This MOU aims to finance the ongoing projects of Petrofarhang Holding.” 

Hosseini Moghaddam also reiterated, “This MOU also involves cooperation on financial consulting services for projects and listing the subsidiary companies of Petrofarhang Holding on the Tehran Stock Exchange.”

According to this MOU, Mellat Investment Bank shall provide financial consulting services to projects of 14 subsidiary companies of Petrofarhang Holding, including Sepehr Energy Company, Siraf Energy Investment Company, Kian Petrochemical Company, Pars Middle East Chemical Company, Lavan Chemical Company, Mahtab-e Parsian Petrochemical Company, Pardis-e Azerbaijan Petrochemical Company, Aria Petrochemical Company, Morvarid Petrochemical Company, Khorasan Petrochemical Company, Petro Olefin Fanavaran Company, Kimia Fanavaran-e Mahshahr Company, Sabalan Petrochemical Company, and Dana Petrochemical Company.
